Mr. Veras specializes in commercial brokerage with a focus on sales and leasing of office, industrial, land and investment transactions. Mr. Veras has worked in all facets of commercial real estate including, retail, office, industrial, investment and management.
Prior to joining CBRE/Polacheck, Mr. Veras worked for Miglin-Beitler Management in Wisconsin where he worked as a General Manager in facilities management. Prior to joining Miglin-Beitler Management, he worked for Polacheck Property Management Corporation in Milwaukee from 1991 to 1996. He began with the company as an intern and was promoted to property manager where he was responsible for a portfolio of retail and office properties.

In addition, Mr. DeVillers has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, consulting, valuations and investment properties.
Mr. Jonas has significant experience representing a diverse group of commercial real estate owners, buyers, lessors and investors, with a focus on industrial, office and investment transactions. He has spear-headed the sale or lease of millions of square feet of space throughout the state of Wisconsin. In addition to his work in Northeast Wisconsin, Mr. Jonas manages the Milwaukee office of RE Commercial.
